Alexis Michaelides is the Managing Director of the firm, with over 12 years of experience in valuation and real estate advisory services.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, an undergraduate degree in Business Management at the University of Middlesex and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Development at the University of Westminster.

He is a qualified chartered surveyor, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a licensed appraiser for the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK).

Alexis specialises in the provision of advisory and valuation services in the real estate sector. He has extensive experience and expertise in property valuations, as well as in the preparation of feasibility studies and development appraisals.

Prior to his current role, Alexis was employed by Resolute Asset Management where he held the position of REO Asset Manager. Prior to joining Resolute Asset Management, he was employed by PwC Cyprus where he held the position of Senior Associate. Prior to joining PwC, he was employed by a local banking institution in Cyprus.

He has also performed a number of property valuations, valuation review assignments and underwriting mandates involving large real estate portfolios for major institutional investors, including Pimco, Cerberus Capital Management and Apollo Capital Management. He has also been involved in a range of advisory assignments, including feasibility studies and development appraisals.
